If during pick-up, the rider is not ready, the shuttle may leave without you and you will be charged a no-show fee. Riders will have the option to select a pickup time at 30-minute intervals from the any location in Iowa City during available dates. Please see below for more information on the stru cture of this service, fees, pick-up locations, and reservation forms. Failing to respond to that forthcoming email will result in your reservation being cancelled. If you have already booked an arrival pickup (from CID to Iowa City), be on the look-out for a follow-up email requesting information on any reservation changes.
